We do not offer any refunds or exchanges due to the customization of the products. We only allow exchanges under certain circumstances.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping is not included.

We do not allow returns or exchanges in any form of liquid or anything edible. All candies/edible favors must be purchased by you, as we do not sell any goods. Our job for anything edible is only to design and display.

Example of non-returnable items:

  • Tealight candles
  • Custom colored candles
  • Cardstocks and stickers

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, we will not return or refund you.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds. To see if you qualify for an exhange, please contact @evermorefavors on Instagram.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may qualify for an exchange. Sale items cannot be refunded or returned or exchanged.

Shipping to Exchange

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are a CT resident, we may offer pickup depending on location.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
